Glossary
UnitsThe marks on the insulin syringe (0 to 100). “Pull to 10” means draw liquid up to the 10 line.
mg / mcgWeight of peptide. 1 mg = 1000 mcg.
VialThe little bottle of dry peptide powder.
ReconstituteAdd water to the powder so it becomes injectable liquid.
BAC waterBacteriostatic water: sterile water with preservative, safe to use over weeks.
ConcentrationHow strong the liquid is = vial mg divided by water mL (shown as mg/mL).
U-100 syringeInsulin syringe. 100 units = 1 mL, so 1 unit = 0.01 mL.
SubcutaneousInjected into the fat just under the skin.
TitrateStep the dose up slowly over weeks.

How to mix each vial
You will use two syringes:
Mixing syringe: adds BAC water one time.
Insulin syringe: draws each dose afterward.

Powder amount is fixed. The water you add sets the strength, which sets your unit draw below. Push the water in slowly down the vial wall, swirl, do not shake. Store mixed vials in the fridge.

GLOW: mix the 70 mg vial with 3 mL bacteriostatic water. At 23.3 mg/mL, 10 units = 0.10 mL = 2.33 mg blend (about 1.7 mg GHK-Cu, 0.33 mg BPC-157, 0.33 mg TB-500).

* 12 mg = 120 units (1.2 mL). This exceeds a standard U-100 insulin syringe (100 units / 1 mL). Split into two injections (100 + 20 units) or use a larger syringe.
Move up only if the current dose feels fine. Nausea spikes a few days after each jump, then settles.
Wolverine block
  • Run as a separate 8 week block for a specific injury.
  • 10 units daily = 250 mcg of each. One vial lasts about 10 days.
  • Inject near the injury if you can reach it.
Do not double up. GLOW already has BPC-157 and TB-500 in it. Running Wolverine at the same time stacks both. Space the blocks.
Rules of thumb
  • After mixing: fridge, never freezer. Use within about 28 days.
  • Dry vials: fridge or freezer until you mix them.
  • Rotate the site about an inch each time so you do not build up lumps.
  • Discard the vial if the solution becomes cloudy, changes color, or develops particles after mixing.
